Mr. Lambriex specializes in cross-border restructuring of companies and their business activities. Furthermore, he has extensive experience as project manager and in managing large international and cross-border engagements. Mr. Lambriex first joined our Amsterdam office, Holland Van Gijzen Attorneys at Law, in 1999 and previously worked in New York in 1999-2002. After two years at Royal Dutch Shell plc, he rejoined Donahue & Partners early 2006 to become the managing partner of Donahue & Partners. Mr. Lambriex graduated in law from the University of Amsterdam in 1990, followed by an LL.M. in International Economic Law earned at the University of Warwick in 1992. He was first admitted to the bar in The Netherlands in 1992 and is registered as foreign legal consultant in the State of New York. Mr. Lambriex is fluent in Dutch and English.
Cloe Barnils Tel: +1 212 773 2278 Email: cloe.barnils@dp.ey.com	Cloe Barnils practices in the areas of international, commercial and corporate law, with particular emphasis on the planning, documentation and coordination of cross-border corporate restructurings. She focuses on international transactional projects with Spain and Latin America, representing US and foreign corporations in commercial matters, investments, divestitures and corporate reorganizations. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisition transactions. Ms. Barnils is a Spanish qualified lawyer, with over 14 years of legal experience with the law firm Ernst & Young Abogados, where she was in charge of the international legal practice. These responsibilities included advising both foreign and domestic multinational corporations on foreign investment matters and cross-border legal transactions. She worked in New York in 1999-2000. Ms. Barnils is a 1994 graduate of the University of Barcelona School of Law and received a Diploma in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University (SAIS). She has been a lecturer for masters in mergers and acquisitions in the universities Pompeu Fabra and Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía for several years. She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and is admitted to practice as a foreign legal consultant in the State of New York. Ms. Barnils speaks Spanish, English, French, Catalan and Italian.
Jean-Baptiste Barberot Tel: +1 212 773 2613 Email: jeanbaptiste.barberot@dp.ey.com	Jean-Baptiste Barberot's main area of practice is business and corporate law. He specializes in structuring, coordinating and implementing cross-border corporate transactions such as corporate reorganizations and restructurings. Furthermore, Mr. Barberot has extensive experience in the preparation of hybrid instruments. Prior to joining Donahue & Partners, Mr. Barberot was one of the managers of the Transaction Legal Engineering Department at Ernst & Young Luxembourg and he previously worked in New York in 2002-2003. Mr. Barberot graduated in law from the University of Paris II in 2000, followed by an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from the Boston University School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2004. He is a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the Corporations Law Committee and Securities Regulation Committee of the New York State Bar Association's business section. Mr. Barberot is fluent in French and English.

He specializes in cross-border financing structures both inter-company and external. Furthermore, Mr. Udo de Haes has extensive experience in preparing cash pooling solutions investment vehicles, OTC derivatives and (international) issues of bonds and shares. Mr. Udo de Haes first joined the corporate law section of our Rotterdam office in February 2002 and moved to the banking and securities law section at our Amsterdam office in January 2004. He joined Donahue & Partners July 2009. In 2002, Mr. Udo de Haes graduated cum laude from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands, specializing in civil law and corporate law. In 2006, Mr. Udo de Haes completed the postdoctoral specialization program in Securities Law at the Grotius Academy cum laude. He is a member of the Dutch Securities Law Association (Vereniging voor Effectenrecht). Mr. Udo de Haes is fluent in Dutch and English and speaks German, Indonesian and French.

Ms. Snethlage first joined the corporate and commercial section of our Rotterdam office, Holland Van Gijzen Advocaten en Notarissen LLP, in 2006. In 2010, she joined Donahue & Partners. In 2006, Ms. Snethlage graduated in law from the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands, specializing in corporate law. Ms. Snethlage is fluent in Dutch and English.
